Beach Rotana - Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

My stay at the hotel felt like a home away from home. The rooms were comfortable, although slightly on the smaller side and showing some age. The friendly and helpful service made my experience pleasant, despite some minor issues. The location was great for exploring the theme parks nearby, but there were a few areas that could be improved, especially in the dining options.

Upon arriving late due to a delayed flight, we were disappointed to find our room not cleaned and a lack of storage space. The sea view promised was missing from our allocated room. The exceptional service, especially after finishing from the hospital, stands out as a reason we might return to the Bayview hotel.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, with very polite staff. The sunbeds could use some attention. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to everywhere. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some waiting times but excellent food options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
